If you have installed Windows 8.1 Professional edition on GPT partition, it is posible that you will see this warning ” Windows 8.1 Professional SecureBoot is not Configured Correctly Build 9600″ in the right bottom corner of your desktop. The exact message appears like this:-

SecureBoot is not Configured Correctly
Nothing to worry. This is an issue which exist with Microsoft because of some internal misfunction.
There are two methods to remove this watermark warning so that you are not irritated to see this warning everytime you open your PC.
Method 1: To resolve this issue, install update rollup 2887595, or install the update. For more information about how to obtain update rollup 2887595, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 2887595 Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 update rollup: November 2013. Method 2: There is a nice YouTube Video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAf3ukHNRCE) which describes it very well. But the uploader has not taken care of the quality of the video which made me to write this article with clear narration so that it is well understood.
Open RUN and type “regedit” and hit enter key. You should see Registry Editor window. Then follw this path to open the dropdowns from the left sidebar menu of Registry Editor window.
Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE => SOFTWARE => Microsoft => Windows => CurrentVersion => Policies =>System (Double CLick System)
This opens some the “Edit DWORD (32-bit) Value window in the right side to this which looks like the image below.
Then right click on “EnableLUA” and select “Modify”
You see the value is 1 in Value Data Box
Just edit this 1 to and press OK. that’s it.
Now go to your desktop and you will not see that warning anymore.
